Cadair ffon Gymreig / Welsh stick chair

Mae’r gadair hon wedi’i gwneud yn bennaf o onnen, gyda’r ffyn cefn o ffawydd. Gadawyd y sedd a’r cefn yn wyrdd yn ystod y gwaith adeiladu er mwyn iddynt dynhau o amgylch y cymalau wrth i’r pren sychu. Mae’r coesau a’r ffyn cefn hefyd wedi’u lletemu, ac mae’r sedd wedi’i sathru ychydig er cysur.

This chair is predominantly made of ash, with the back sticks being beech. The seat and backrest were left green during the construction in order to tighten around the joints as the wood dries. The legs and back sticks are also wedged, and the seat is slightly bottomed for comfort.
