Collection: Beth Horrocks

Mae'r artist o Ogledd Cymru, Beth Horrocks, yn defnyddio ei sgiliau mewn dylunio graffig i wireddu mawredd arfordir Gogledd Cymru a thu hwnt, gan greu celf gyfoes sy'n wirioneddol wreiddiol.
Mae ei gwaith celf yn dal golygfeydd ei lleoliad, gan gynnwys y tirweddau môr pwerus a chyffrous sy'n brif ffynhonnell ysbrydoliaeth iddi.
Wedi'i chyffwrdd yn ddiddiwedd gan hwyliau a phatrymau newidiol y cefnfor, mae gwaith Beth yn ymestyn i ail-greu arfordiroedd y mae wedi ymweld â nhw ledled y byd, gyda symudiad a dwyster y dyfroedd yn cael eu portreadu ym mhob un o'i darnau.
Ar ôl gweithio yn y cyfryngau artistig traddodiadol o bensiliau, paent a llyfrau braslunio ers blynyddoedd, mae Beth wedi symud i ffwrdd o'r offer hyn ers hynny i gofleidio ffurf fodern o fynegiant. Mae ei chasgliadau o gelf graffig yn cael eu llunio gyda phen a thabled graffig, gan ganiatáu iddi greu ar unwaith ac yn organig i efelychu ffynhonnell ei hysbrydoliaeth yn ei steil unigryw ei hun.
Mae ei thirweddau môr o Ogledd Cymru yn ennyn ymdeimlad o ysbryd sy'n unigryw i'r arfordir, tra bod ei thirweddau'n canolbwyntio ar fywyd yn Eryri, o gefndiroedd mynyddig i'r byd naturiol o'n cwmpas.

North Wales artist Beth Horrocks uses her skills in graphic design to realise the majesty of the North Wales coastline and beyond, creating contemporary art that is truly original.
Her artwork captures the scenery of her locale, including the powerful and moving seascapes that are a major source of inspiration to her.
Endlessly moved by the ever-changing moods and patterns of the ocean, Beth’s work extends to recreations of coastlines she has visited all around the world, with the motion and intensity of the waters portrayed in every one of her pieces.
Having worked in the traditional artistic mediums of pencils, paint and sketchbooks for years, Beth has since moved away from these tools to embrace a modern form of expression. Her collections of graphic art are drawn with a graphic pen and tablet, allowing her to create instantly and organically to replicate the source of her inspiration in her own unique style. 
Her north Wales seascapes evoke a sense of spirit unique to the coast, whilst her landscapes focus on life in Snowdonia, from mountainous backdrops to the natural world all around us.
