Collection: Elin Crowley

Mae Elin yn argraffydd o Fachynlleth, Canolbarth Cymru a arbenigodd mewn Printio ar gyfer ei Gradd BA Celfyddyd Gain yn UWIC, Howard Garden (2000-2003). Syrthiodd mewn cariad â chrefft printio; y gweisgfeydd, yr inciau, arogleuon ystafell argraffu, y nifer o brosesau a thechnegau y gellir eu dysgu, y broses ac ailadrodd rhywbeth nes i chi greu rhywbeth unigryw.
Mae gan Elin ddiddordeb mewn tynnu lluniau o dirweddau anhygoel Cymru, y bryniau, y mynyddoedd, y coed a'r bywyd gwyllt sy'n gwneud y dirwedd hon mor bwysig iddi. Mae hi'n archwilio'r cysylltiad sydd gennym â'r tir a sut mae'n ein llunio ni.
Yn ddiweddar, cwblhaodd Elin ei MA mewn Celfyddyd Gain ym Mhrifysgol Aberystwyth a dyfarnwyd Rhagoriaeth iddi.

Elin is a printmaker from Machynlleth, Mid Wales who specialised in Printmaking on her BA Fine Art Degree at UWIC, Howard Garden (2000-2003). She fell in love with the craft of printmaking; the presses, the inks, the smells of a print room, the many processes and techniques which can be learnt, the process and repeating something until you create something unique. 
Elin is interested in drawing the incredible landscapes of Wales, the hills, the mountains, the trees and the wildlife that make this landscape so important to her. She is exploring the connection we have to the land and how it shapes us. 
Elin recently finished her MA in Fine Art at Aberystwyth University and was awarded a Distinction.
