Gareth’s work is characterised by his use of traditional printmaking techniques combined with production methods appropriated from other disciplines such as jewellery making and sculpture.  Even though the processes are laborious and intensive the final pieces often have a quiet and reflective element that comes from using natural patinas and forms influenced by architectural structures.
