Rhwng 1998 a 2022, roedd Noëlle yn diwtor arweiniol ar gyfer gradd BA (Anrhydedd) Celfyddyd Gain rhan-amser Prifysgol Bangor, ac fe addysgodd gyrsiau o’i stiwdio yng Nghymru ac yn Extremadura ac Andalusia yn Sbaen. Between 1998 and 2022, Noëlle was lead tutor for Bangor University parttime BA (Hons) Fine Art Degree and taught courses from her studio in Wales and in Extremadura and Andalusia in Spain.
