Mae ei cherddi wedi’u cyhoeddi’n eang mewn cylchgronau barddoniaeth ac antholegau. Cydweithiodd â Horatio Lawson ar Out of Time, cerddi a ffotograffau a arddangoswyd yn Theatre by the Lake, Keswick yn 2015. Enillodd wobr farddoniaeth Mirehouse yn 2013 a gwobr farddoniaeth Second Light yn 2017 a 2024. Cafodd ei dewis i fod ar y rhestr fer ar gyfer gwobr farddoniaeth Gŵyl R S Thomas yn 2022. Mae wedi rhoi nifer o ddarlleniadau o’i barddoniaeth mewn gwyliau llenyddol a digwyddiadau eraill.
